Do I need to provide an electric socket?
For most of our attractions we require a standard 13amp /16amp 24ov supply. This needs to be within 50 meters of the site. After this distance we would supply a generator or petrol blowers (additional cost) as the voltage drop in the cable becomes too great.

What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept the following methods of payment - cash / cheque / BACS transfer. Account facilities are also available subject to acceptance, terms and conditions.

Do I have to pay a deposit?
At the time of booking we will forward to you a contract together with our terms and conditions of booking. These must be signed and returned to us together with a deposit of 30%.

Is there a cancellation charge?
As you will note in our contract terms and conditions point number:- 3. In the event of cancellation the client will be liable for the full fee unless alternative work can be found for the Attraction. All cancellations must be notified in writing. All deposits are non-returnable.
